Broccoli soup
Ingredients:
1cup broccoli
1/2 cup zuccini
1 tbsp butter
2tsp white pepper
1/3cup cream
method:
1. In a sauce pan add butter in a low flame.add borcolli heads,
zu ccini .
2. Cook for few minutes and add the stock to it.cook till it is tender
3. Now cool it, and pureethe vegetables
4. Again heat the large saucepan and tip in the puree cook it for a minute in low flame.
5. Now add the cream, stir well.
6. Serve with salt and pepper.
Note:
Instead of cream you can add milk to it.
