Pineapple kesari  mithraa kitchen

Ingredients:
   1 cup pineapple juice
   1 cup semolina/rava
    1 cup sugar
  3/4 cup water + milk
  4 tbsp of ghee
   1 tsp of cardamon powder
   10-12 cashews
    

Method:
  1. Heat a pan add 1 tsp of ghee and roast the rava till  brown then transfer it to a plate leave it to cool .
  2. Now add 1 tsp of ghee in the pan and roast the cashews.
  3. In the same pan add water + milk , add sugar, stir continuously . After it is half dissolved add the pineapple juice and cardamon powder, stir till sugar dissolves  and let it boil.
  4. Once it starts boiling add semolina/rava into it and stir it well.Add the cashews
  5. Add the ghee little by little, stir well till you get the consistency not too thick, not too watery.
  6. Garnish with pineapple chunks ans serve hot.
Note:
 While add rava/semolina to the sugar syrup stir it well to avoid any  lumps.
 You can even  add  few drops of pineapple essence for extra flavour.
