Ginger Lime Tea

    Ginger-Lemon tea is power-packed with some incredible health and body care benefits!! 
A very refreshing drink, prepared by infusing ginger and tea leaves with a unique flavour. It boosts your immune system, brings instant relief from nausea an indigestion, lowers the effect of diabetes, it is the apt drink for weight loss. 



Ingredients : 
Water - 2 cups 
Tea powder - 1 tsp (for every cup)
Ginger - 1 inch stick 
Lemon / lime juice - 1 tsp 
Honey - 1 tsp (optional) 
Method : 
1. In a pan heat 2 cups of water.
2. Before it begins to boil add ginger.
3. Just as it starts to boil add the tea leaves, lemon juice and honey.
4. Strain it into a cup and enjoy!
