potato rice cheesy balls

 Choosing or making Snacks for kids particulary in the evening after school is the difficult choice, here we are making a easy scrumptious snacks after school with potato, left over rice, veggie and children's favorite cheese.
                                         
















Ingredients:
3- 4 potato
1/4 cup cooked rice,mashed well
1 1/4 tsp of crushed black pepper
frozen sweet corn kernels- 1/4 cup
frozen green peas- 2 tbp
mozarella cheese- 1/4 cup( according to taste)
maida/ all purpose flour - 1 tbsp
plain corn flakes  - 1/2 cup powered
garlic granules- 1/2 tsp
oil for shallow fry
salt to taste

Method


  • Thaw the frozen cor, peas in microwave
  • wash and boil potatoes.
  • Grate the cheese well.
  • Combine corn, peas, potatoes in a bowl and mash them well. Add cooked rice.
  •                                          
  • Add salt,pepper, garlic granules an mix it well.
  •                                            
  • Tip in grated cheese and mix it with potaoes& veggies.
  •                                               
  • Take handful of potato mixture and make ball of your desired size.
  • combine all purpose four and water in a bowl and make it a runny paste, to dip in the veggie balls
  •                                               
  • In a processor , crumble the corn flakes to a coarse powder .
  •                                              
  • Dip in the veggie ball into all purpose-flour liquid and then roll in corn flour powder , make it a patties and shallow fry it.
  •                                             
  • Serve with sweet chilli sauce .
