Kesari- Rava/sooji

Ingredients:
Sooji/rawa/semolina: 2 cups
Ghee:  3tbsp
sugar: 1 1/2cups
food color a pinch

Method:
 Firstly in a tawa add little ghee and roast the rawa till it becomes light brown, see to that it doesn't burn . Now boil 3 cups of water once its boiling  add the sooji little by little stirring constantly Simmer the burner keep stirring, inorder to avoid burning add 2 tbsp of ghee
Now add the color, once it has reached the consistency  you can add the  ghee roastd cashews .

Ready for serving.
