Mint chutney

Mint  is very refreshing and this is chutney is very easy and quick to make. We can make it different ways , but here I have grind it raw with fried gram , ginger and chilli.

Ingredients:
1 cup mint leaves
1 tbsp of fried gram dal
1 green  chilli
1 tsp of oil
1 tsp of  cut ginger
1-2 pods garlic
 salt to taste

Method:


  • Heat the oil fry the ginger and garlic
  • Combine mint,fried gram dal, chili, salt,ginger, garlic in a processor and grind them

   Serve them as accompainment for idli, dosa.
  You can use this as a spread for sandwiches .
