Yogurt/dahi is part of Indian food , daily food menu will have dahi in one form or the other, plain yogurt mixed with rice, yogurt with vegetables (can be cucumber,tomato,mixed veggies) served with variety rice.
Ingredients
500 gms of okra/bhindi/ladies finger
1 cup curd(lite yogurt)
1/2 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of mustard
1-2 dry red chilli
1 tsp of hing(asafotedia)
salt to taste

Method:
- Cut the okra into thin round pieces
- Heat the oil add mustard, once splatters add chilli, hing.
- tip in okra and fry till its cooked and brown color.
- Now add this to the yogurt , add salt and stir it.
- Serve with rice and sambhar
