Arisi Paruppu Sadham - Kongu nadu spl

My dad asked me to make this for a rainy day's lunch, told me this he ate this arisi-paruppu sadham in coimbatore when he was in his training there some 2 decades ago. I do not know how he suddenly remembered about this dish. I called up my cousin who lives there and she gave me this recipe and added that her 3 year old son eats this quietly without fussing. Also, this is a one-pot meal that i make for myself & my hubby on a hasty office day. Saves a lot of time and a quick dish perfect for lunch box !!
