Onion pakoras are easy and good snack to have in a rainy day with a hot filter coffee.
Ingridents:
1 cup besan flour
2 tbsp riceflour
2tsp salt
1 medium onion chopped coarsely
1tsp ginger grated
1tsp asafotedia
1 medium sized green chilli or
2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp oil
oil for frying
Method:
Slice the onion
Combine onion, salt, asafotedia, chilli powder(paprika) mix well till it oozes water.Now you can add 2 tbsp of oil .
Now sift in flour to the above mixture and water little by little to make a dough
Heat in oil for frying and drop teaspoon of the mixture. fry it in batches
Serve with green chutney / sauce
