spinach pappu / Lentil with spinach


                                     Spinach Lentil


Ingridents:

1 cup  Spincah
1/2 cup lentil (toor dhal)
1/2 cup chopped tomato
4 cloves garlic

Temper
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp oil
1tsp jeera
pinch of hing
2 red chilles



Method
Chop tomatoes, spinach


Pressure cook the lentil with hing

In a kadai tip in oil then mustard onceit splatters add chilli,jeera,tomato. cook till tomato softens then add the spinach to it.
Once spinach is cooked well add the lentil and coook with covered lid for a minute.

Serve with steamed rice.
