          Uppu seedai
Usually this snack is done for Krishn jayanthi and its very easy snack to be done.

Ingredients:

Rice flour           4 cups
Urud dhal flour 1/2 cups
Asafotdia-        2tsp
SAlt for  taste
Butter   100 gms
Grated cocnut 2 tsp


Method:
  I usually soak the rice in and dry in shad for 2 hours and  then grind it to fine powder

Now  dry roast the rice flour, grated coconut  and urud flour all separately till light brown.

Mix all the dry ingredients and sieve  well. Now add melted butter and little water to make it soft dough



Make small balls (make it in batches)
Deep fry it in hot oil, in medium flame. Fry till it becomes brown and the shh sound stops.

Note:
Dont roll balls too tightly, let it be soft.
