Beans poriyal
Ingridents :
1 cup of chopped beans
1 tbsp of grated coconut
1 tsp of papprika powder/ sambar powder
salt to taste
Temper
1 tbsp of cooking oil
1/2 tsp of mustard seeds
1/2 tsp of broken urud dhal
1/2 tsp of hing
2 chilies
curry leaves

Method :
- Chop the beans and boil/ pressure cook it
- Heat the kadai , add the oil , then add the mustard. Once it splatters add the urud dhal, hing, chilli curry leaves
- Now add the boiled beans then add the sambar/paprika powder and cook for a minute.
- Now tip in the coconut and stir it well. Cook it for a minute
- Serve with hot rice and sambar/rasam
