             Lemon rasam

Ingridents:
Tomatoes  2
green chillies 3
toor dhal  1/2 cup 
ginger  1 inch
lemon -1
salt to taste

Tadka:
mustard 1tsp
oil 1 tsp
hing a pinch
green chilli 1
curry leaves - 1 tsp

Method:
  •  Pressure cook 1 cup of toor dhal and mash it.
  • Boil tomatoes with  green chillies slit , pinch of turmeric powder and salt. 
  • Add cut ginger to the above
  • Let it boil for 1 or two minutes till the raw smell is gone.
  • Now mash the toor dhal and add it the boiling rasam with some water .
  • Heat t tsp of oil add mustard, let it splatter then add chilli,hing, some curry leaves
  • Once you switched off the rasam and its cooled then add squezeed lemon juice .
Serve with hot rice.
