Pavlova
Pavlova is Australia s national dessert and easy to prepare, though , it has to baked for an 1 hour. Unlike my son, my daughter loved it as its creamy.
Ingredients:
5 medium eggs
1 cup or 250 gms of caster sugar
1 tsp of vinegar
1/2 tsp vannila extract
ICING:
80 gms of cream cheese
35 gms of butter
200 gms of icing sugar
Method :
- Seperate egg white seperately.
- Preheat the oven in 120 C . Brush the cake tray with butter and dust it with plain flour.
- Beat the egg white until you get soft peaks.
- Now add sugar little by little, beat well till all the sugar dissolves.
- Now add the vanilla extarct and vinegar
- Now fold in the cornflour at this stage( dont beat , just fold in with spatula)
- Spoon this mixture in the tray and bake it for 1 1/2 hours
- Combine butter and the cream and beat it till its soft, now tip in the icing sugar and beat it till is fluffy.spoon the icing over the pav and its ready to serve.
