Pesarattu Dosa
Ingridents:
1 1/2 cup greenmoong dhal
1/2 cup raw rice
1/4 cup urud dhal
1 tbsp of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
Method:
Soak overnight the dhal and the rice
- Grind the mixture coarse to batter but more thicker than the regular dosa batter.
- heat the pan ,drizzle some oil and spread one ladle of the batter .
- Once its brown on one side flip to otherside and cook it for a minute.
- Serve it hot with chutneys
