Pesarattu dosa (green moong dhal)

                             Pesarattu Dosa


Ingridents:
 1 1/2 cup   greenmoong dhal
 1/2 cup raw rice
 1/4 cup urud dhal
 1 tbsp of ginger
 2 cloves of garlic
Method:

 Soak overnight the dhal and the rice














  1. Grind the mixture coarse to  batter but more thicker than the regular dosa batter.
  2. heat the pan ,drizzle some oil and spread one ladle of the batter .
  3.      Once its brown on  one side flip to otherside  and cook it for a minute.
  4. Serve it hot with chutneys
