Panner paratha/ Wheat bread stuffed with cottage cheese

                 Panner is the nothing but cottage cheese and one of the most loved cheese in India. Panner is got by  curdling milk by adding either vinegar or lime juice.


Ingredients:
  For bread:
2 cup of flour
1 cup of water
salt to taste

Filling:
2 1/4 cups of panner crumbled
1 tsp of chilli chopped
1 tsp of parsley
1 tsp of cumin
salt to taste


Preparation:
 DOUGH:

  •  For dough mix flour, water, salt and make it to a soft dough
  • Knead the dough nicely and leave it to rest for atleast for 20 minutes.
FILLING:

  • If you have purchased paneer from shop  blanch it in water and then crumble it.
  • Combine cumin,salt,parsley, chilli and mix well.
Paratha:



  •  Divide the dough into small balls
  • Roll  the dough to flat 3"
  • Place some paneer  in the bread , wrap it like dumplings  and roll it again flat(dust some flour and dont press to hard while rolling)
  • Heat the skillet ,place the bread cook till brown spots appears.now brush some butter over it and flip and cook both sides till brown spots appears.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges, cucumber.
