Thai food taste similar to our food, they do use lot of spices, esp ginger, coriander seeds, garlic. This is my version of thai fried rice with veggies, in western PadThai is the most known thai rice variety which uses pickled radish.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of cooked jasmine rice
2 cloves of garlic
1 spring onion
1/2 cup of veggies(carrot,peppers)
1 tbsp of mushroom
1 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of red curry paste
few chopped holy basil
salt to taste
1 tbsp of sesame oil/ vegetable oil

Method:
- Heat skillet or wok drizzle oil add in spring onions,giner, garlic, curry paste and, stir fry.
- Add in mushroom cook for a mintue.
- Add veggies, salt stir fry it.
- Now toss in cooked rice , and add sauce cook it for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, seasoned with basil.
