Ingredients:
200 gm haloumi
1 capsicum
1 onion
1 tomato
Olive oil spray
salt, pepper to taste
chive 2 sprigs chopped
Method:
- Cut the vegetables into cubes,
- Cut the haloumi cheese into small cubes.
- Spray oil in griddle or tava and grill the veggies till they are light brown , don't overcook them, Just stir -fry the veggies with sprinkled salt.
- Now in the same tava spray oil and place the cheese cubes and fry them till they are brown.
- Now platter them and serve hot.Sprinkle chopped chives and pepper.
