Ingredients:
1 cup crumbled paneer(green, yellow,red combined)
1 cup capsicum chopped
3-4 shallots finely chopped
1 tsp cumin
1 red chilli chopped, pipped
3tsp of oil
salt to taste
1 /2 cup of red chutney
2 cups of dosa dough
Method:
- Heat oil in a griddle add cumin, once it splatters add chilli, onion cook till translucent.
- Add capsicum(red, yellow, green) cook for a minute. ten toss it with crumbled paneer,add salt then switch it off.
- Now heat the crepe pan pour in one ladle of dough and spread it round.
- Spray oil, cook till it turns brown.
- Flip it and cook for 2 seconds.
- Again flip it, spread 1 tbsp of red chutney and scoop 1 tbsp of filling place it in the middle and close it .Serve hot with coriander or coconut chutney.
