Its difficult to make kids eat veggies, so I decided to stuff them in dosa, so that they would eat. I have'nt added any masala to it.
Ingredients:
2 cups of dosa dough
1 tbsp of oil
1 cup of veggies chopped( coloredcapsicum, carrot)
1 onion chopped
1 tsp of paprika
salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a griddle add onion , cook till translucent.
- Add carrot cook for a minute. Then add capsicum cook for a minute, dont overcook vegetable.
- Just stir fry them. Add paprika, salt.
- Heat the crepe pan, por in 1 ladle of dough spread it. Spray oil.
- Cook till brown and flip the other side to.
- Now again flip it, scoop in the filling in the middle of the crepe , close it , serve it.
NOTE:
To spice it up you can add ginger-garlic paste.
Else you can make it chinese version by adding 1 tsp of tomato sauce, 1 tsp of soya sauceand 1 tsp of chilli sauce in step2.
